“Shaala Siddhi” literally means School Achievement — an initiative to enable every school to achieve high standards in all aspects of education through structured evaluation and improvement.

Objectives

• To evaluate schools in a structured and participatory manner.
• To help schools understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
• To promote accountability and transparency in school functioning.
• To encourage school-based and continuous improvement rather than one-time external inspection.
