Foundational Literacy and Numeracy:
Ensure every child achieves foundational literacy and numeracy by Grade 3.

Universalization of ECCE:
Achieve universal access to quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).

Vocational Education:
Integrate vocational education into mainstream schools and ensure 50% of students have vocational exposure by Grade 12.

Teacher Training:
Implement National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST).

Technology Integration:
Develop National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) and promote digital infrastructure and resources.

School Infrastructure and Quality:
Improve infrastructure and ensure all schools meet National School Standards.

Teacher Training:
Ensure all teachers have a 4-year integrated B.Ed. degree or equivalent.

Multidisciplinary Education and Research Universities (MERUs):
Establish at least one MERU in each state or region.

Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in Higher Education:
Increase the GER to 50% in higher education.

Higher Education Institutions (HEIs):
Increase the number of quality HEIs, including new HEIs and Multidisciplinary Research Universities.
